Welcome to my website!

My name is Denise Bastian, a specialist in anesthesiology, intensive care medicine, and general medicine with additional qualifications in emergency medicine, specialized intensive care medicine, and palliative care. Since 2023, I have been working as an employed physician in a modern general practice in Jüchen.

My passion lies in holistic medicine, and especially nutritional medicine. During my time at the German Diabetes Research Center in Düsseldorf and as part of my doctoral research, I intensively investigated how nutrition and sugary products affect vascular function – both in people with and without diabetes mellitus.

From my own experience, I know how challenging it can be to implement healthy eating in everyday life. That's why I've developed practical concepts that can be integrated into daily routines step by step. I successfully pass these strategies on to my patients.

To ensure I have sound knowledge, I obtained the certificate in nutritional medicine from the North Rhine Medical Association and I continuously expand my knowledge – including in the field of integrative nutrition.

My goal: To accompany you individually and competently on your path to better health and well-being.
