Nutritional counseling is billed according to the German fee schedule for physicians (GOÄ). Many health insurance companies offer financial support to their patients through cost sharing. For this, you will need a cost estimate, my certificate, and a medical certificate of necessity. You can download these documents here and have them completed by your doctor. In cooperation with the Jüchen Family Practice Center, Hochneukirch location, you can also obtain these documents, provided the criteria are met. Blood tests and other medical examinations can also be performed at the Jüchen Family Practice Center, Hochneukirch location.


To ensure we can make the most of your consultation, please send me the completed medical history questionnaire a few days before your appointment via email to docmed.bastian@casa-bastian.de. You can download it from the download section, or I can send it to you by email upon request.

  • Evaluation of the food diary
  • Guidance on dietary changes according to individual needs, health requirements, and personal preferences
  • Guidance on changing exercise habits
  • Lifestyle adjustments, if necessary
  • Information on improved food choices (according to DGE standards)
  • Guidance on self-responsibility
  • Strengthening motivation and self-efficacy
  • Stabilizing a new weight/new habits
